Question 1

How are competitor-profile scans scheduled?

Accepted Answer

When a competitor profile is enabled for scanning, its schedule can be set to daily, weekly, or monthly. Competify uses that selected schedule for the profile’s scans.

Question 2

What happens to captured competitor findings?

Accepted Answer

Captured findings are saved in Competify for your team to review. A finding can carry an evidence-based urgency classification when the available evidence supports one; urgency is not guaranteed for every finding.

Question 3

Can our team review and publish reply drafts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Teams can edit and save reply drafts in Competify for review, then publish the final reply themselves. Competify does not publish replies or verify them for your team.
